Our mission extends beyond mere awareness-raising; we actively facilitate community members in navigating and completing enrollment processes, thereby significantly reducing both situational and systemic barriers. Our overarching goal is to ensure equitable access to skilling and learning opportunities, fostering the development of thriving, inclusive, and resilient communities. Supported by esteemed partners such as the Greater London Authority, West London Alliance, and Local Authorities, our project stands as a beacon of collaboration and commitment towards empowering individuals and enriching communities.

Free Training & Support Services for Unpaid Carers
Suppporting the unpaid carers to offer high quality care for those they are looking after as well as improving their wellbeing ( Both Physical , Mental & Emotional Wellbeing).
Carers devote their active lifetime caring for others with limited time to care for themselves and this impacts on their well being in the long run. Most carers have both health and financial effects resulting from their role most of which are lifelong.
With the above in mind, we offer free care training sessions , digital training , Financial and mental wellbeing sessions for the carers to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to efficiently care for those under their care as well themselves.
In addition to the skills & Knowledge acquisition, these Sessions have gradually turned into safe spaces where carers come together , share experiences , connect and establish a peer to peer support mechanism. Additionally , the support has turned out to offer life saving assistance to carers and their loved ones such as '' Connecting the gluecose Monitor for a bed ridden relative to enable the Practice to obtain Client glucose levels.

( Supporting all community members to access digital services as way to reduce the digital divide and improve communication)
Our centre is open to the community members to access the internet either with their laptops or using our desktops to complete applications and forms . Additionally, a member of our team is available on request to support those that are finding it hard to complete the online forms or better still sign post them to the relevant authorities for further technical support ( in accordance with our IAG policy ).
This saves community members expenses especially transport as well as ensuring timely submission of the forms as well as reducing the pressure on the insitutions / departments.
Additionally , working with Partners such as the Good Things Foundation and the National Data Bank plus their partners, we offer FREE Simcards , call minutes and Data Vouchers to those members in need so as to facilitate their access to essential services most of which have been migrated online and further stay connected with their loved ones thereby enabling vital community cohesion .

We partner with Transit Smart Skills & Consult Ltd (TR-SSC) to deliver our community training Courses. TR-SSC is a further register and Acreditted training provider with highly qualified trainers and Tutors in additional to highly competent Management Team.

We maintain an interactive and safe ICT infrastructure to ensure continous support to our beneficiaries well knowing that some may not access the centre physicslly due constraints beyond their control. Our communication channels remain open and accessible virtually / remote support our community members.

Our organisation signed the Digital Poverty Alliance’s Charter for Digital Inclusion - a shared commitment to practical action that
supports digital access, skills, and inclusion across the UK.
The Charter outlines clear principles for how organisations can contribute to a more digitally inclusive society. These include
promoting awareness of digital exclusion, improving access to devices and connectivity, supporting the development of digital skills,
and ensuring services are designed to be inclusive by default.
By aligning with the Charter, we recognise the collective responsibility to reduce digital inequality and help ensure that everyone -
regardless of age, income, location, or background - can participate fully in an increasingly digital world.
We will continue to share updates on how this commitment is reflected in our work, and how partners, stakeholders, and communities
